Spay & Neuter Kansas City is an established 501c3 non-profit, whose MISSION is: To promote spaying and neutering as a primary means to decrease pet-overpopulation and to improve our community's commitment and responsibility in animal welfare.   They do a fantastic job with their outstanding MASH units (mobile spay & neutering services in the inner city) and they are tireless in their pursuit to "make adoption more likely for a shelter pet than death."
